To update the details of your account:
Go to the Profile tab and tap My Account Details.
Under Account, update your Name or Phone. Your sign-up email is shown but can't be edited directly here - please contact our support if you need to change it.
Under Metrics, update your Gender, Age, Height, or Weight details.
