How to navigate the Beyond Body Fasting app

Home

This is your daily overview. It shows your current eating or fasting window with a live countdown, a Start Fast (or Start Fast Early) button, and your day's plan — short Learn, Nutrition, and Habit cards you can tap and mark as complete. Tap the gear icon on the Eating Window card to open your Fasting Schedule.

Meals

Browse recipes under Explore (by category, like Low Calorie Meals or Under 10 Minutes, or by cuisine and type using the filter chips) or revisit saved recipes under Favorites. Opening a recipe shows nutritional value, ingredients, and step-by-step instructions, with a button to log it to your daily calories. The gear icon opens your Meal Settings (allergies, ingredients to avoid, and daily calorie target).

Workouts

Browse workouts under Explore or Favorites, organized into collections like For Beginners, Quick Workouts, and Most Popular. Tapping a workout starts a guided player with video demonstrations, countdown timers, and rest breaks between exercises.

Profile (Me)

Your account hub. From here you can open My Account Details, view your Weekly Health Report, manage Connected Apps & Devices, adjust App Settings (units, language, notifications), reach the Help Center, review Terms & Conditions, and Log Out.

The Check-in Tab

On the Today screen, switch from Today's Plan to Check-In to log your daily hydration, calories, weight, and steps all in one place — each has its own card with a + button to add an entry.
