Beyond Body Fasting App currently have these funcionalities:
-
Tracking daily calorie and macronutrient intake. Users have the option to record meals from the suggested list and also input custom meals to monitor their daily dietary intake.*
*By default, the app's macronutrient intake is calibrated to align with balanced diet recommendations, with ranges set at 25–35% fat, 20–30% protein, and 40–50% carbohydrates. However, it's important to note that when opting for a specific diet plan such as keto, the macronutrient ratios won't automatically adjust. Users following specialized diets like keto may need to manually customize their macronutrient targets to align with their chosen plan.
Weight tracking. Weight tracking in the app allows users to monitor and record their progress towards weight-related goals. They can input their current weight at regular intervals, and the app will store this information over time. This tracking feature provides a visual representation of users weight journey, fluctuations, and overall progress.
Water intake tracking. Users can monitor and record their daily water consumption. Additionally, they can view their water intake history to track progress over time.
Fasting timer. This feature allows individuals to set specific fasting durations and receive notifications when it's time to start or end a fast.
Step tracking. Users can synchronise Beyond Body Fasting app with their Fitbit or Health app on their iPhone and Apple Watch to track their steps.
