Open the app, go to the Profile tab and tap App Settings.
Under Units, choose Imperial or Metric.
Under Language, tap to choose from the available languages.
Under Notifications, tap General to manage reminders and alerts.
Changes save automatically - you'll see a confirmation banner after each update.
