How to track steps and activity

Open the app and from the Home tab, switch to Check-In.

Tap Steps to open your Activity screen.

Here you'll see today's step count, what percentage of your daily goal that represents, and calories burned. Scroll down for your step history from the last 7 days. Please note that step counts sync automatically from your phone’s built-in motion tracking - there’s no manual entry needed.
