How to change your fasting schedule

To change your fasting schedule:

1. From the Home tab, tap the gear icon on the Eating Window (or Fasting Window) card.

2. On the Fasting Schedule screen, use the Next Fasting Schedule dropdown to pick a preset ratio (for example, Fast 12h / Eat 12h), or set custom times below it.

3. Tap Fasting Starts or Fasting Ends to open the time picker, scroll to the hour and minute you want, and tap Save. You can also drag the play (start) or flag (end) handle around the circular clock directly.

4. Tap the bell icon next to either time if you'd like a reminder notification.

5. Tap Save to confirm your new schedule.

Starting a Fast Early or Late

If you're ready to start fasting before your eating window ends, tap Start Fast Early on the Today tab. If you still have time left in your eating window, you'll see a confirmation asking whether to Continue Eating or Start Fast - choose Start Fast to begin right away.

Ending a Fast

When you end a fast, you'll see a summary of how long you fasted, with quick-edit options for the start and end times if they weren't accurate. You can also log how you're feeling (Good, Active, Calm, Hungry, Tired, or Unwell) before tapping Save.
